I see a lot of people adding arms to their Dugtrio redesigns, which is great but I like the essence of Dugtrio being this like mole-smacker-machine creature. I figured the Diglett line characteristically come in numbers to win. I'm thinking lots of Digletts or earth made Digletts coming together and boiling up to make a massive one is pretty cool. The bonus is that if its earth made it can have arms without it stepping on the armless anatomy of Dugtrio. The hammer is obviously taken from those mole games and a bit of fun irony I think.Related content

Love it. I too am of the mind that Digletts shouldn't have arms; I think 'whack-a-mole' is a very good description for them. Having said that, giving one a hammer is a clever reference.
