One of my friends requested that I draw a naga. I immediately knew I wanted to draw a rattle snake 'cause they're kick ass. The diamond back pattern killed me but I like how it turned out. I used a reference for the snake portion. It was a picture of a cobra about to strike.Overall I had a lot of fun drawing her. She is super curvy and flowy. I think I might draw a naga again. Maybe next time I'll draw a male.
On another note her name Zephyr means west wind. Maybe she is a wind mage or something. Drawn in mechanical pencil cleaned up on my computer.

Rattlesnake naga women are the best so I agree with you. Should do some more.

I think I may. I find women are more fun to draw with curves rather than angles. The snake part is just an extension of that. Additionally any men I draw look like girls or middle aged perverts. So take that as you will. Rattlesnakes are awesome but, I was thinking the next may be a cobra. Haven't thought on it too much. I'll keep you posted.
