It's a really awesome piece and its very expressive. It catches the emotion of the character very accurate. The colours fit each other very well and the blue gives a direct opposite to the other rather warm colours. Even your white is mixed with a tender reddish pink, so it appears rather soft and warm. The colours are very bright and therefore very shiny, which makes the picture more lively.
Though there are some things wrong about the anatomy, there is an complete wellness, which can't be overlooked. The parts where it is necessary are very sharp and the rest appears rather soft, which gives the fur a specific touch of lovelyness. You could have changed a few things about the anatomy, and you could have added shadows, but in fact the picture is very agitated and seems to be moving because of your swift useage of the brushes. The tears are a bit overdone, and they could have more colour variety, or deeper shades but the expression on the face is absolutely unique and the picture is full of emotion.
