Even though I get really tired of this lame ass "photograph this amazon box figure thing" hype, I think this is a cool picture. It shows some technique instead of the copy work I've seen a lot of people do lately.

You DO realize this is also a really colourful and well-taken photograph, right?
Don't throw stones when you live in a glass house, kiddo. You have tons of deviations based on popular cartoons and videogames, which is considered the #1 cheap trick of getting views. I have some deviations about those things as well, I admit. The difference is I don't question the originality of someone's work because I know I'm just as bad. Instead, I rate the technique.
In this picture the blurred background of the picture shifts focus on the main object. The expression of being pensive has been really well portrayed, which is near-impossible to do with a cardboard robot. What he did instead was actually take the Danbo apart and glue his arm to his mouth instead of the shoulder. In short, he's now completely anatomically incorrect, but not in a way that it's disturbingly obvious and it really helps to get the emotion across. That, in my honest opinion, is plain genius.

All I was stating, and am now reiterating by commenting on this particular photo at relative random, is that I'm proper sick of these danbo macros. It's not just one person doing it, and they all go for the same thing.
