Finished this last night, but had to fix a few things. I was inspired by the badges made by @/Mayasacha, although I did this a bit differently :0 Not as many details as they put into theirs, plus the character is coming out of the border and the border isn't shaded. The name is on there differently too, but I like the way I did it here. I think the border is a bit plain, but other than that, I think this turned out ok. The character is one of my dragon ocs I have yet to draw or actually design. I thought of a character with a dark blue base and bright yellow accents. Thought that sort of pallet worked for him since he's based on fireflies XD I'm pleased with his design so far! I might change a few things, but I love his hair and body colors |D His hair actually glows, hope I made that clear here. I had to change his name, originally it was 'Chang Ming'. Thought it was Chinese for firefly, but it wasn't. Just kept 'Ming' since the meaning fits him :0 Might make a ref for him and my other dragon oc soon. I'm still not happy with the angle and size of his eyes, but I wasn't paying that much attention to anatomy or perspective. I also noticed the eyes are larger than the last personal pic I uploaded. Guess I can't make things the same way more than once, but practice might help ;w; Different species of animals have different sized eyes tho, so I might just make that part of my dragons' anatomy, idk yet :'D
Also, HIGHLY recommend the artist I mentioned above, Mayasacha. Their art is goals~ |D
