Because they're both my favorite characters. Also, I think they look good with each other because Loki is kinda a lonely guy seeking for attention, aknowledgement and love. Fluttershy is very shy but yet really, really sweet : she has the hability to befriend and soothe all the sad souls (she loves animals). However she can also become totally creepy when she wants to be loved... I was thinking about this scene from the show : [link] (and she's wearing green colour !)
