HIGHLY inspired by -> [link]Today was the release date for the Umineko no Naku Koro ni Opening single (see link above). I listened the full song over and over AND OVER again until my ears exploded, and suddenly I had this idea and I drew it... still listening to the song, ahhh I can't stop, I love it beyond words.

Woah. O_o This is such an epic scene. I really think this is one of your best pictures yet. There's so much action going on . . . I love the poses of all the characters. It's especially interesting how Latios and Latias frame the picture like that. Great job with the colouring too. I really like how Chinchou looks with the glowing effect from the antennae. 
Plus, you get bonus points for actually drawing Murkrow.

Actually, although I first thought it was Lugia, immediately after I realised it looks like a wingull. O_o I think I can see the stripes on the wings. I think it's just the pose that made me think of Lugia - it looks a bit like a pose it has in the 2nd movie. Oh and it's just the biggest one that I thought was Lugia - the others look fine as wingulls.
And yess, murkrows are so cool. Honestly I didn't like them that much either until I drew one myself a few years ago, but since then I have loved them.

hey, just out of curiosity, what do you use to ink, is it paths? or just reeeeally steady tablet or something. it looks epic, but i'd like to know how you get such smooth lines XD

SAI (most epic program eveeer) + a lot of zoom and patience XD SAI makes life easier when it comes to smooth lines (I use a default brush and I do it freehand, btw).

ah....hm..SAI, i havent tried that yet, can you download it? or must you buy it. photoshop is pretty suckish for inking. so does the brush smooth it automatically, like flash, or are you just really steady XD

Yeah, you can download it, there's a web with the program+english patch. Try google "Paint Tool SAI english", if you can't found it lemme know and I'll search the url when I arrive home ^^
Photoshop sucks indeed >.> SAI has a brush like photoshop, but is more sensitive to pen pressure so it gives you a really nice stroke *-* I'm not that steady XD

Well really there isn't any trick, I swear! ;_; I took a screenshot [link] so you can see I only use default brushes and a lot of zoom and patience, nothing else XD I think SAI just do the magic itself.

Man, I have no idea how you got so much inspiration from one song, but this is brilliant o-o The atmosphere is wonderful, and the lightning and waves are very nicely done (: It's so believable, the perspective and everything.

...¡Impresionante! OoO La composición es estupenda, capta muy bien la atención del que observa, y el uso de luces y sombras y el detallado hace que alucine aún más. <3 Especialmente me gusta cómo haces el cielo y el agua, quedan siempre genial. El Pokémon que más me ha llamado la atención es el Chinchou, por la posición en la que está y por cómo lo coloreaste y fusionaste con el fondo (el agua, en este caso). ^^

This is truly amazing. The way the waves are thrashing about and the way the fur and feathers are swaying in the wind makes you feel as if you're actually in a storm...
I especially love the look of determination on the Murkrow's face.
