Ayane is known to be an outgoing, cheerful and loud person. Especially when she gets excited she tends to get loud. She easily falls under a slumber of boredom. She likes and must keep busy and can almost never sit completely still. Ayane is always moving and seeking for fun things to do. Much like a kid one may say she has too much energy as if she had too much sugar. After school she likes to go out and be adventurous rather than stay put at home having nothing to do. Who studies anyway? She likes to have fun and can be a very loving friend to gain or either a really annoying kind of friend that gets too much into your face with her decibels or energy. Ayane doesn't like to face responsibilities neither take them for her own actions. Even though she hates being called a kid she still very much acts like one. The thought of growing up kind kind of scares her because she feels like adults are boring and become unhappy all the time because they have to worry about so many things. At the same time she is kind of happy that her appearance still resembles that of a child because she can easily get away with things. When it comes to school she doesn't perform very well. She often gets told that her ability to concentrate is below average as well as her school grades. She barely passed the entrance exam and tends to score low on tests. She often gets scolded in class for not paying attention and often struggles when it comes to studying. She finds studying to be really boring really and tends to stray from doing anything but that. This girl is quite opinionated and not afraid to show it as well. She often comments on things out loud, saying and doing rash things. Her thought process is quite...audible. Some may even say amusing. Because of this reason people suggested for her to join the radio broadcasting club. It's safe to say that Ayane has an interesting and lively imagination. Anyhow she's accepted the suggested with open arms and started doing broadcasting and turns out she loves doing it.
[History]
Ayane's parents met each other following the same educational course. They were still a bit young when they got pregnant after two years of dating. Both of them panicked when they found out their future had changed due to a mistake one single night but they both loved each other very much. Albeit being young they decided to get married with their parents approval and gave birth to their baby girl Ayane. Her parents struggled a lot taking care of their newborn baby because they were so young and still had a lot to learn. With help of their own parents they managed to get by well and even finish their studies. Growing up her mother told her about fairy-tales and once she was through all the fairy-tales she continued with telling Ayane about folklore. She was a cheerful, energetic little girl who liked going to school but didn't like to study most of the time. Unless it was for something fun like learning how to play the flute or art class. She often gets told how she resembles her parents in their behavior and appearance. Seems like they are quite the lively, loud family. Ayane often noticed how adult people worried about a lot of things. Income, debt, loans, food, work, family, sickness... She noticed how her parents used to be happier when she was still a toddler and soon deduced that growing up was the cause of their unhappiness. Ever since Ayane has this small fear of not wanting to grow up and desperately does random acts in order to make herself and others smile and keep herself entertained. Finding out how Ayane's grade was dropping they tried to scold her in an attempt to make her focus more on her studies but so far it hasn't helped. Ayane continues to get bad grades. Honestly, back in middle school it wasn't bad at all but it gradually started to fall because there seemed to be so many more interesting things to do. Her parents and teachers were getting worried if there was some kind of medical reason to it and so they had a full-body check-up done on her. The doctors couldn't find anything wrong with her and so they decided on using an alternative method by changing her diet to one that promotes brain development and concentration. Or so they say... Her father is a pharmacist and owns a pharmacy. Her mother often helped out at the store but now that Ayane has significantly grown up, well not so much really, she tends to work there full-time. It was just two years ago when they moved to live in Seiiki because they felt like they needed a change of scenery. In Seiiki they found themselves a good deal and so they bought themselves a store and house combo.

- She really likes 紫陽花/Hydrangea flowers. Specially when there's a bunch of multicolored ones in a row. Has them as hair ties, hair clips, phone straps and even on pillow designs.
- Is allergic to shellfish. Carries an EpiPen around somewhere in her bag.
- Not too good with most animals because of her overwhelming energy and loudness.
- Ayane doesn't like it when people call her a kid or anything of the sort because of how short she is and childish her behavior sometimes may get. Shamelessly makes use of her child-like appearance though.
- Barely passed the entrance exams. Has trouble focusing on studies and takes extra supplements and vitamins to promote concentration. But the main problem is that she isn't motivated enough to study, having no clear goal or dream to pursue.
- Likes reading folklore. So far her favorites are The Crane Wife and Hanasaka Jiisan
- Plays the flute and has a pet Gecko called Gou-chan (short form for Godzilla lol). She even build his habitat to look like a city...
- Occasionally helps out at the pharmacy store by doing deliveries for people who are unable to get the medicine themselves.
- Her shirt says 'coo coo' and has an owl and its footprints on it.

"We can't have that you know!!" Ayane: "Aww, is senpai worried for me? Ghehe!" Senpai is internally dying. "Not worried! Okay sort of worried. Take care ok? Don't get kicked." Ayane squints and mockingly says: "You are soOoOo worried just now. It's very cute. Thank you ok senpai? I'll be careful. Hehe." Daichi squints back and silently accepts what just happened. Ayane explodes in laughter and slaps him on the back.
Saikou, Hotaru :: Tutor senpai-sama :: Teacher got worried about my grades again and somehow I ended up getting tutored by Hotaru-senpai-sama.
Ayane leans lifelessly on her desk when Hotaru offers her snacks if she gets a question right. "Really?!" Hotaru then pulls out a bunch of raw vegetables. "WHAT?! Senpai that's not food ok? That's goat fodder. Do I look like a goat to you?" Hotaru pulls out ranch dressing. "I'm sorry." Ayane squints harshly at her but actually likes ranch. "Ok, just this time!"
Uyeta, Kousuke :: Mr Botanical Caveman :: He thought my hair-tie was a real flower and so he plucked me... He was pretty rude at first but he's actually not so bad after he apologized for almost making me go bald.
