Wanted to take a shot at drawing Lylla. Decided to give her a pale coat, and left her outfit backless to show the bionic joints on her spine and shoulder blades. Decided she should be a warrior type, so gave her a bo-staff.“Hey, Lylla? Anyone ever tell ya… you look good in red?”

Depends on what I am drawing. If I don't have to really refine something it's just about 10 USD, then an additional 5 per extra character. Roughly I am charging 10 USD an hour which is actually pretty cheap.

None of my arts are specifically film Rocket. I draw the character not a specific "version" of him.

Okay this is what I want. Can you do a colour pic of me(Rocket) My fur is gray(eyes are the same as film and yes with the black bandit like marking) and I'm drassed in blue suie with bits of amour. Kind of like thisstarwarsnev.ucoz.hu/karakterek… but not the same and no helmet. Gun and backgronud can be anything as they are not that inportent but what is, is the right side of my face. It's meant to look raw as is was badly damaged once in a explorin but the both eyes are still okay. Sorry if this sounds like a hell of a lot of work but as you can tell from this I'm trying to do my own take on Rocky for a own take fic.

Okay so I totally missed this message. I think it got lost when I accidentally had my messages descending instead of ascending. I was honestly confused why you 'didn't reply' and when I saw your one message I just wrote back to I went hunting for your message here. XD I had my inbox backwards for weeks just thinking no one was writing to me.
SO... to answer this: The style I used in Moonage Daydream I spent about 4 days on. I know it looks nice but it isn't something I could exactly price... I mean I could but it's something I would charge a LOT on. Whether it's something people would be willing to pay for, I am in doubt of because at that point they're literally paying for my time spent on it rather than the ending results.
Now I'd be happy to do this commission but as an alternative I'd simplify the stylization of coloring to something less time consuming and offer Gunner Rocky as an example of what the results would look quality wise. Full color / shaded... full body with at least implied background would be about 30 bucks. If you want something cheaper I can always simplify more because a lot of my quicker pieces still look presentable and don't take as much time. I do base my prices off of the time and effort I put in.

I got some work on it done but I got a few questions. Can you describe the injury to the right side of Rocket's face a little better? and would you prefer the arts to have him barefoot or wearing boots? So far in my schedule I have him holding two small glocks rather than a large gun. Hope that's okay.

The scar is a bit like the one the rabbit has in this pic.fc04.deviantart.net/fs12/i/200… . I think that whole side of his face is damaged so yeah like that but PLEASE don't do the bline eye. Rocket still has both eyes working 100%. As for the boots no boots thanks. I don't think Rocket looks good with boots on and come on who would want to cover his cute little feet. 
P.S Just to make things clear the scar is ment to me on the same side as the rabbits. Not sure if that's the right or and left.

First off: yeah the scar is on the left then. Good thing I only did a rough sketch of what I was gonna do. For the scar I wasn't sure if you wanted it to look burned, bloody, or what... so that pic helps.
Yeah I agree, boots look a bit awkward on Rocket. XD I don't think I ever drew him in boots. -checks- Nope. No boots.

And it does mean that Groot can tickle his paws when Rocket is getting to grumpy. I have a headcannon that Rocket would be very ticklish but if anyone save Groot tried to tickle him he'd claw their face off.

Just pictuer Rocket being in a bad mood then Groot comes along and tries to help. Then Rocket would get mad and all so Grott would decided it was paw tickling time. After a bit of that and Rocket giving him death trats Rocket would laugh and beg for mercy and then they would both be laughing and hugging and just plan old loving eath other as only they know how.
