Just a lil' bit o' practice, tried out shading and stuff.Please tell me what you think, point out everything that looks wrong, everything that looks right, critique the crap out of it!
But don't critique the boots... or the crown. I know they aren't right x3

All that hair! o3o Wow...well, the only thing that comes to mind that could use some work is her skinny rear leg that is, for whatever reason, stretched out. Maybe she is doing her morning exercise, I dunno. x3

It was kind of just practice, kind of disappointing when I've drawn a lot better ponies but this is the one that gets all of the 'loves' or whatever~

The crown's actually okay. What's bothersome is the back legs and the angle of her horn.

Mouth/Jaw/Snout/Nose I don't know what it's called really but it looks too large, makes Celestia look very masculine in here, although I know she already looks masculine in-canon anyway, here it's a tad too big. That rear left leg though... Could use some more meat!

Yeah, Klark is right about that right leg. You'd better go fix that.
Other than that, it really stood out when I was checking my inbox. The shading is smooth and the hair is surprisingly realistic (That is, for Celestia standards. Good Lord her hair is a mess). Don't worry about the crown and boots, they look just fine to me. The wings could do with more feathers than it was given; some of the strands look like hair.
Great picture, certainly neat for a practice run.

Back leg. I am no expert on what horse parts are called, but the first two parts of the leg (that grow out of the body) must be WAY shorter.
