I've been doing a lot of re-draws lately.For some reason, this picture ([link] ) is my most popular picture ever. So, I decided to redo it, hopefully a bit better... So have Celestia with not-so-spaghetti-like legs
Still practice, though, so please critique!

Princess Celestia: It was a dream, yes. But also a vision. Luna altered it to avoid learning the truth before its time.
Twilight Sparkle: Truth? What truth?
Princess Celestia: There is indeed an unicorn who will become an Alicorn in the future...her name is Sunset Shimmer-
*Twilight Sparkle gasps*
Twilight Sparkle: Sunset Shimmer? An Alicorn? Whose bright idea was it?
Princess Celestia: The same to whom all Alicorns owe our existance....and Almega, and Olpha, and Kaiju...the one who ruled over all Heavenly beings, the one whose granddaughter became the paragon of this universe...
*Princess Celestia raises a hoof to show Twilight Sparkle a stained glass with the image of the Almighty One*
Princess Celestia: Before his death, the Almighty already had things planned for this universe. It is not our place to question the decisions made by the Almighty One. Nor do we have the power to reverse them. The Almighty One's will is law.
Twilight Sparkle: But, Master, Sunset Shimmer was...
Princess Celestia:...a misguided soul that was corrupted by the Crown of Frost. But she has redeemed herself now. She has brought joy and peace to Equestria like few beside her. That's why I forgave her, because I see the good within her, her kind and noble soul. It's the same reason why Yukina Morisato forgave her.
Twilight Sparkle: That's why she's my apprentice...she isn't just learning magic, she's learning what she needs in order to become an Alicorn...
Princess Celestia: And you are a wonderful teacher, Twilight! You have guided Sunset in the path of righteousness and bheroism, and I trust that you continue to do so until the time is right.
Twilight Sparkle: It was the will of the Almighty that brought Belldandy to Earth...it was because the will of the Almighty that Belldandy stayed with Keiichi...it was because of the will of the Almighty that Keiichi and Belldandy's daughter, Yukina, was born...it was the will of the Almighty that I became an Alicorn. I treust the Almighty. I know better thabn to question His decisions...very well, I will do my best to teach Sunset everything i know!

I really love the re-draw.
It's funny. I'm a big anime fan and I almost never like western art styles for cartoons or comics or the like. It's not because of some sort of inherent superiority in anime or anything like that, heaven knows there's plenty of ugly anime. I just keep finding myself drawn to those styles because I like a certain delicacy and fineness, plus a hint of cuteness. Most western styles seem really heavy, or exaggerated, or just plain simple.
You've done what I'm always looking for. You took the prettiness that I like in anime and manga, and source material from a western cartoon I love, and made something completely new. This is a piece that bypasses all the things I don't like in western art, but isn't a copy of anime style either.

I said the same thing about a year ago, I know it's cheesy but practice really does make perfect <3 Just keep practicing and you'll be drawing things ten times better than this in a flash!
