I have no idea what happened! Initially I had wanted to do a color challenge but I got bored by the set of colors and first added my own, then changed them and then I tried to forget everything I had ever learned and started painting. :3
I thought this would satisfy my need of painting Loki but I didn't. Ungh...

Dankeschön, Liebes! Ich bin wirklich ganz verlegen! Was so Farbspielereien angeht, fühl ich mich immer etwas unsicher. Ich mag's ganz gerne bunt und mit kräftigen Farben, aber ich hab immer Sorge, dass die dann nicht so zusammen wirken, wie ich mir das vorgestellt hab. Deshalb bin ich jetzt auch umso erleichterter, dass es gefällt! :'D

ja klar (; manches klingt einfach besser in english XD keine ursache!
ach wieso? sieht doch super aus! ist mal ein bisschen abwechslung, und geht so von der farbgebung in richtung fauvismus^^
ich mags auch immer bunt, besonders komplementärfarben sind toll

Ah, this is absolutely amazing! Those neon-like colours are brilliant, I love the sick contrast they make, how everything is so intense and Loki is so stoic, almost peaceful, but there is this trademark tension in his eyes. And you've captured him so, so well, I just love how this painting is realistic, but the colours defy it... now that I'm writing this, I'm think it's much like Loki's nature The background is also great, by the way. Also, the title is quite brilliant, lends a deeper, kinda angsty feel. And nah, there's never enough Loki, ergo never enough painting of Loki, ergo the need can never be satisfied Anyway - brilliant painting
