Description
Following “Titanosaurus Aquatilis” is a Varan design based off Godzilla Amphibia. This one is probably going to be the one that deviates the most from the original Singular Point design. Honestly I think not including Varan as a separate monster in Singular Point was a bit of a missed opportunity. He would work well with the Japanese mysticism theme considering his origins as some sort of mythical lake demon. Still cool that he is at least referenced I guess.One neat design thing I noticed: the “spines” that form Aquatilis’s face fins and antennae become Amphibia’s Varan horns.
I’m not entirely sure if I’m going to draw “Gorosaurus Terrestris” next. Just photoshop the Godzilla spines off and you would basically have what my drawing would be.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one getting inspiration from SP.
I feel like the only advantage to having Varan just be Godzilla is that it explains why they both have basically the same roar.
Either way, I too much prefer them being separate! This is pretty sick my guy!

if I'm being honest, I wasn't a big fan of "Godzilla amphibia". something about its legs just, REEEEEEAAAALLY irked me.
