2 months of no productivity.. culminating in this moment
I was up late last night working on the last details on this little guy. Forgot what a pain needle felting was.. Broke 2 needles on this project -__- buuuuut... isn't he such a cute, mischievous-looking little guy?? 
As I mentioned in my last post, there won't be a pattern since there was such extensive needle felting involved with his muzzle. His body shape is pretty similar to the other baby Pokemon though, so those patterns should be a good resource if you want to give this a shot! Fur is made of yarn that has been brushed, straightened, and styled.

I never thought of combining crochet with needle felting. It makes total sense for parts like the muzzle and eyes that look strange when crocheted and cheap with using glued felt cutouts. Thank you for the inspiration.

This is amazing! I love all your creations, been following you for as long as I have been crocheting. It's a shame you can't sell pokemon patterns, you're one of the very few creators I'd be happy to purchase patterns from. Could I ask what blend of yarn you used to be able to brush it out like that and straighten it? I use 100% acrylic almost exclusively, but I'd guess that would just fall to bits if I tried to do this to it. Thank you for all the free patterns, and for sharing your work with us.

I think (as im sure ive seen the artist comment before and it is also what I did) is attach yarn and brush it out using a wire brush meant for a cat. I hope this helps

I just worked a chain of 8, then worked in rounds with three single crochet in the eighth chain, worked down the other side of the original chain and worked three into the first chain and just worked as many rows as i liked for the prefered size. I also used the pikachu pattern of aphid777's for the body, I hope this helps.
