That's usually tagged as jeanne_d'arc_(alter_swimsuit_berserker). It started as a summer outfit, but has gotten popular for year around wear. It's the artist that can make the outfit and Jeanne look like a literal combat goddess. She usually has three sheathed katanas as part of it. Nice work.

Can someone explain to me what does this painting have in common with 15th century peasant girl? Is this some kind of this Russian joke about Julius Cesar being a hors?

It's from an anime/game where historical/legendary figures fight for the Holy Grail, and oftentimes, said historical and legendary figures are WAY different than what history would suggest... example, one of the main characters is a genderbent King Arthur.
In this case, this was probably taken from a "swimsuit edition" of an "evil" Jeanne d'Arc. To be quite honest, Fate gets pretty ridiculous with how different its characters get.

I just can't speak to how much I appreciate artwork like this. I know that the primary selling point is sex and sensuality, of course, but I often feel that there is something more to it than that. Especially in images like this. The nonchalance of the pose. The design of the outfit, and the endless possibilities of attire which the female form may take upon. It speaks to a sort of enchantment... something that perhaps is both a blessing and curse, and uniquely human. I wish I could type more, lol. But thank you, nonetheless.

Her figure were so awesome. Her pose and the view look like she's really move, like moving so smoothly. I love her expression while having the ice cream like that, looking somewhere, probably at someone. This is beautiful. Totally beautiful. Tidy.
