dA why you make all my b/w stuff look ugly in thumbs and not full-view...
This is just one of those compositions that just kind of comes to you without thinking and so you finish it without really thinking-- I don't really know what specifically this is, I just wanted to do it, haha (... I feel like the majority of my Kame art so far is kind of like this...). I went through three different versions (painted and all ink) before eventually settling on ink and tones. I guess I like it, heh. Worked on it on and off for about a week, I think.
Also, the only time Soroya can ever really pull off any kind of competent or serious look is if no one's around to compare him to... 8'D Dork. He's become one of my favorite characters to rp so quickly, and to think at the start I was really sure that he was doomed to fail as a character. I blame it on all the awesome characters he's rped with-- /slinks away
