Times up!Dr Light Numbers 00Ξ± Timeman
The first of the 2 prototype robot masters, snooty, uppity but every so adorable.
I know that a lot of people don't much care for the two retconned robot masters from Powered Up however, somehow, I find myself really liking them. With that said it didn't feel right having the rest of the Light bots but not this guy and his oily counterpart.

I just noticed Timeman and Elecman are the only robot masters without 'gauntlets' and, in some bizarre way, is kind of... unsettling.

If you're still out there, Dynamo Man, Galaxy Man, Tundra Man, and Bounce Man are now more gauntletless Robot Masters. And if you count them, Gemini from Rockman Strategy and Konro Man and Clock Men from Mega Man and Bass 2: Challenger from the Future also don't have gauntlets. And a fanmade Robot Master of mine, Cupid Man, is also gauntletless.

As much as I like the two Robot Masters introduced in Mega Man Powered Up, they both have bad traits that they can never be my favorites. DLN-00A Time Man was an absolute joke whenever it came to a boss battle (even on hard mode) and DLN-00B Oil Man was both the worst playable character in the game (even DLN-001 Mega and DLN-002 Roll were better) and had the worst Special Weapon. Shame.Β

And of course, his Battle and Chase artwork involves him pulling up his gloves, as if they were rubber, which is odd, aren't they supposed to be made of like ceramic titanium and not straight-up rubber? But then you remember Napalm Man, a handless robot, is in the game as a fully-playable character, complete with a song he sings at the end of his campaign.

I think Battle and Chase has songs for the end of every playable character's campaign. They're all in Japanese, and about some semblance of relaxation or exhilaration, but whatever.

"Why can't we just wind you up, and when the windy something-or-other is done, you stop being annoying?" Who's winding up who now? That's right, I'm winding you! Hahaha, hahaha, HAHAHAHAHAHAHA-
Elec Man: *walks in* A-HA!
Time Man: Gah! *scrambles to gather all the wind-up toys and shoves them under his bed* Uhm... You're... Early.
Elec Man: Early for what?
Time Man: I... Uh... Nothing... Get out.
Elec Man: I know you're up to something, and I will catch you eventually. *walks away*
Time Man: That was close. Too close. Mental note to lock the door. *gets up to lock the door, then pulls out wind-up toys* Now back to laughing maniacally! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Elec Man: *hides in air vent and takes picture* Hehehe...

Both drawings are awesome though I don't like Oilman as much as I like Timeman :T However yay!! for the original design version! *-* Oilman looks better that way because he does not look like a duck the colours are way more accurate to those of well... Oil .__.
