CUTTING IT UP!Dr Light Numbers 03 Cutman
Basically What I'm doing is drawing all the robot masters from the Megaman series enjoying 'downtime'
and where better to start than with the first robot master,
Sure he may be weak to normal shots, and have a very unreliable attack, but I can't help but love this guy, and I'm sure anyone who played Powered Up will agree.

Not to mention there's a series of drawings these days of him and Roll doing things together, although he was very tiny compared to her. I thought that was weird, so I commented about it, but the uploader said "as babbies are" or something like that, which made me realize, hey, tiny Cut Man is meant to be like those baby Shadow Men from the manga adaptation of Battle and Chase!

Liliana and Raoul kicked a hacky sack around before Liliana noticed the three new cars pull in but they didn’t interest her very much. Suddenly Raoul grabbed her wrist and he twirled her around before lifting her off of the ground when the AOT theme song started blaring from a speaker. “SPIKE!” Raoul shouted before bursting out laughing. “Got you again!” Spike Witwicky exclaimed only for Brandon and Orchid Conner to tackle him. “Tag! You’re it!” Orchid exclaimed when she crashed into a man in a brown suit. “I’m so sorry.” Orchid exclaimed. “It’s alright. I should have seen you coming,” The man said with a chuckle. “MITCHELL!?” Raoul exclaimed. “Raoul?! Is that you?!” Mitchell asked in shock. “Yes it is.” Raoul replied as the pair of old friends bumped fists. “You know this man Raoul?” Liliana asked as she walked towards the two. “Who’s she?” Mitchell asked. “Mitchell, Meet my wife Liliana.” Raoul said as Liliana hugged him. “You’re a married man now?” Mitchell asked. “And a father of two.” Raoul replied as Brandon and Orchid saluted before smiling. “You’re lucky. Evy and I are married but she’s not sure if she wants to be a mom.” Mitchell sighed. “Well it’s her choice.” Raoul chuckled when Liliana went pale. “You ok hon?” Raoul asked when he noticed what Liliana was looking at. “Who the scrap is that!?” Liliana exclaimed pointing at someone clad in blue armour. “I don’t know dear.” Raoul replied when a red robotic dog came over making Liliana jump into Raoul’s arms. “Next time just hide behind me.” Raoul grunted. “Sorry.” Liliana sighed as she allowed Raoul to set her down. “Hello puppy.” Liliana said sweetly as she rubbed the dog’s head. The dog licked Liliana’s face making her giggle. “Good boy.” Liliana chuckled as she kissed the dog’s head. The dog suddenly started talking gibberish which made Liliana chuckle nervously. “You’re an interesting dog.” Liliana said as she knelt down, exposing her massive boots. The dog looked at them in surprise but he soon forgot about it. Liliana stood up and twirled around playfully while the dog romped around her.
