Miri is a goblin mechanic and technician working on the Aquila, airship of Lysander Corlett. Goblins have a natural flair with intricate machinery and she takes great pride in her work (maybe to the extent of being a workaholic). When Dayn's quest brings Lysander out of retirement, (mostly out of a debt owed to Petra Terran, grandmother of Gaia) Miri and her goblin crew saw to his airship's maintenance.

tbh Lysander (the guy she works under) is partially ff7 Cid inspired, mixed with a load of the British pilot caricature and an old family friend that dad knew from training with Design tech, used to be a pilot and fly small planes, the surname is a bit of a tribute to him really.
