I love the color of Babs' hair. It's not FLAME RED, but it's a very nice warm orange that is more of a natural red-headed color, than sometimes seen in comic books.
I like what you did with the background, toning it back, darkening it, just like the Nightwing color, to have the emphasis by the action shot of Batgirl.
The costume looks spiff, and Babs even has that nice semi-subtle cotton candy pink lipstick!
Good job!
Now...
Get to draw up a Nightwing+Batgirl picture so you can ink and color that one, too! Muahahahaha!
