Left to Right: Ruby, Nozomi and Meimi.
So I finally finished this picture... I think. I still don't really know what to do with the background... So it's very empty and ugly. When I didn't know what to do I started to play with effects. Then I just didn't stop. So I kinda finished it...?
Oh well. If I get an idea of what to actually do with the background or make this picture better I'll redo all the effects. It was a lot of fun to play around in Photoshop and see what things did xD
I got this idea, some time ago. The line-art was posted at my tumblr in September 2012. I still like it. I also really wanted to have a picture with all my red haired girls.
Ruby: The one with the wolves. Is there a wolf in a picture of mine, Ruby probably will be there too. She also have a ruby on her sword. Her hair is more orange.
Nozomi: The youngest. She easily irritated by others and hits things/people/Keeichi .... Her hair is very red...
Meimi: The strongest one. She's a bit older than the others too. Can be seen fighting, training or with Aka-chan . Her hair is more dark red-brown.

Well. This is hella cool! I like a lot the whole image, it's impact is really strong! This contrast between blue and yellow it's really interesting, but what I like the most is how dynamic the poses are and anatomy is very accurate. Really really good job on that! The tecnique is really interesting. What I liked less of this picture is the lack of details in the background (that's optional, but I like a lot to stop and stare at pictures backgrounds xD ), not really detailed, but I can say that I love this picture in the whole. I really like how I can see their individual talents just by the way you colored and drew them. Meimi is indeed the strongest with that power link on her arm, and Nozomi looks to be a joker and powering up (with a blue light--as not to seem so sinister), and Ruby, with all the yellow around her, seems full of energy and zeal XD! The way you draw animals is to be envied ; u ; Love all that red~

I don't draw much animals, so I need to look at pictures of them and try make them look like that animal. I can't draw animals just from my head... ;_;

That's true. It's fun to draw actions, when I drew this I talked to my sis about it. So she helped me correct the poses and make them more realistic. I also posed to "feel" how it worked. One can't practice too much. It's quite good to keep sketches, somehow you notice that you draw a lot more and that makes you feel better. You can also see what needs more practice. C: A log or something might be good!

I mostly use my A5, though I also use the A6 one. Aslo yes, A4 is standard. (But I find it too big sometimes when I feel like drawing randomly at places). We always use the "A" system, I find it very useful and I'm so used to it I forget how long the sides actually are. xD
Cool! It's also fun after a while when you start filling a lot of sketchbooks. I find it interesting to look through them

Cool ;0...the US is still behind in the programs of the world--we still use Fahrenheit, the metric system, and no A4,5,6, anything. LOL

It's a question about what you're used too. (Most off the world are used to another system however....). It's a bit confusing for me tough, I have too look things up when they say "it's 80 Fahrenheit" or "He's 5.7" 
It's quite funny, and sometimes a bit sad... I used to draw so much background when I was little ;n; I usually want to redraw stuff when I look at it much. xD
