Very intriging photograph. You look Russian to me, please take as a complement. Black & White is hard to do in my opinion because you can easily distort aspects that you do not mean to. I notice your eyes then the star ear-ring, you nose seems normal to me (referencing another comment). The really dark area under your chin really adds to keeping your focus between your eyes nd ear-ring.

I really like this picture except for how the nose looks. The lighting/shadows/angle of the head make it appear that not only is the nose extremely oddly shaped, but rather large as well.
