Aww, cute! Wow, that's an amazing amount of detail you put into everything in the room. I was wondering if it had something to do with tying in to the comics in any way, but then I got smart and read Komori's comments so now I don't have to ask you.

Thanks! Haha, yeah, I've been wanting to do a Spooky tribute for a while; the fun part of this was putting in all the references to her comics. Honestly I felt I was being lazy because I left some out, but I think I can be forgiven because she's done nearly a hundred and not all of them use props.

Awesome, I'm really glad you like it! I was trying to make it something that Spooky readers would enjoy looking at and try to find all the references in. I remember reading the whole not-fully-published codestone trophy saga on one of her petpages, haha.

Haha, probably not; the cake is storebought. (And it shows up in one of her comics, too. It's the most subtle reference in the pic. xD)

Heh, yeah, it's been a while since I was actively involved with Neopets too, but I still have loads of memories from entering the creative contests and talking with people at my guild. It was my first experience with internet communities, and I probably wouldn't be on dA now if I hadn't joined Neopets as a kid.

I was never huge on Neopets really. It was just a way to kill the time, but I still liked it. I can't really say it changed my life, but I'm certainly glad it changed yours! We'd never been able to talk otherwise!

Ohmigosh, this is an awesome surprise!! And holy kau on a hot tin roof, all the items you put in the room that match up with events in my comics!! There's the evil plants in the window and the Expellibox scarab, and even that skelly bag that Tombstones had when he moved in! I really appreciate how much thought and care and detail went into this, this is such an awesome surprise! *HUGS* Thank you Nut!!!

Yay, I'm super glad you like it so much! It was loads of fun going back through your comics looking for props to stick in! I tried to make everything in the picture something that had showed up in your comics before; I think the only thing that hasn't is the birthday candle. XDD

Thanks! Haha, all the items in the foreground are sort of just there, but each of them is a reference to something that's appeared in her comics. The bingo sheet does kinda stick out on that huge long couch, though. XD
