OMG OMG OMG!!! I LOOOOOOOOVVVEEE THESE TWO LIKE CRAZY!!![SPOILERS FOR WHOEVER WANTS TO READ THIS SERIES]
IF ONLY YOU TWO WOULD END UP TOGETHER!!! PLLLLEEEAAASEEEE!!!
don't you hate it when authors have bad senses of matching up people?? -__-god i can go on and on and ON for why these two are perfect for each other....
so I kind of spoiled myself, and found out that they…

NOOOOOOOOOO!!! …I don’t understand why. ESPECIALLY after all the things Will and Evanlyn’s been through together! GAH!....they have this special relationship that's so deep, you can't break it. and yet....? -__- *sigh*
anyways, so you can obviously tell Evanlyn (or more like Princess Cassandra) is in this whole un-princess like "slave" outfit going on there
and from that i think you can guess this concept of her is during book 3 (The Icebound Land) 
though, i made her hair a little longer than it's suppose to be in that book 
BUT IT'S SO FUN TO DRAW IT THIS WAY! 
haha so for "loyalty to the book's" sake, let's just think of it as her in Oakleaf Bearers/The Battle for Skandia (book 4) since it'll most likely be that length by that book 
(just scratch the "slave" get up lol)in other news... i'm enjoying the series so far, and i'm actually on my way to picking up Erak's Ransom (book 7) soon

I know how you feel. I was always a HoracexCassandra fan, and for some reason, I didn't like Will when I first began reading the series (don't ask, I don't know what was wrong with me) so I was against the idea of him and the princess getting together at first. Once Will started growing on me, I started shipping WillxCass pretty hard. I was never an Alyss fan-- something about her always bugged me-- and it didn't help that there were clear hints of mutual attraction between Will and Cassandra. But even then I always sort of knew they weren't going to end up together.
So, yeah. Now I'm torn between these two ships. Will, Cassandra, and Horace are my top favorite characters in the series, so it's difficult for me to pick a side (although a big part of me wishes that Will and Cassandra had ended up with each other). And it's a shame the amount of WillxCass shippers is so small.

AH!!! Evanlyn is PEEEERRRRFECT!! loove her expression!! same with will!! i sorta support Alyss/Will cuz Horace and Evanlyn are SO CUTE TOGETHER!!! But at first i was like "wth?! EVANLYN ROCKS!" but then i relized that a ranger and a princess just wouldent work! Also that Alyss and Will are like so.....PERFECT idk. Will is NOT the kind of royalty guy, and if he married Evanlyn he would be KING! Will as a KING!? i dont think so! hes more of a "in the background" person like all rangers! You have to admit Horace would sorta b left behind without Evanlyn! poor old Horace

yeah Maddie....but i wrote this a while ago before the newest book came out. I dont like the new book tho i mean he (john flanagan) KILLED ALYSS. he might as well have killed halt too if he wanted to do that to me because he made Will bitter and revengeful and unhappy (he does get a little better toward the end but Will will never b the same) so i cant forgive him for ruining Wills damn life after such a nice ending in the 11th book

Well I do like the book but I hate John Flanagan (and Jory Ruhl) for KILLING ALYSS. And he sure gets better, but he sure won't be like he was before.

Forbidden love has it's charms.
Think about the secret get-aways Will and Evanlyn would scheme up to meet while he waits under the dark veil of the forest looking up at her window for a signal, and Evanlyn scamming her court ladies to sneak out the castle.
And that's only the start of what my wild romantic mind can conjure up.
You have to admit though, there definitely WAS a good share of chemistry between them in the books

it sounds like ur wind romantic mind has some pretty awesome ideas. even if those ideas arent with my ship i dont care cuz that sounds pretty awesome!

I'm actually totally for Alyss x Will and Horace x Cassandra.
XD I guess cause I'm a hardcore Alyss fan and I adored her as the series went on. Plus, Alyss personality really comes out more later. Yet, I won't ruin it for you. Cassandra for some reason never really went well with me.

the only other pair that's so depressing for me is when i switched to Zutara from Kataang

LOL. I'm totally Kataang. Not because I'm a canon supporter (I know it seems like I support canon couples! XD Not all the time!) Just that Zutara, there was really nothing to go by on the series. ;___; I actually started the series LOVING the couple (I watched the movie first. I love the movie! Yes! LOL! But I Was Zutara in the movie.) So I was shocked and confused why everyone loved Zutara in the series. There were next to zero hints in it.

Haha, I don't despise Mai. I actually don't mind she ended up with Zuko, (she became really cool after she stood up to Ty Lee. I think that might have been the turning point that I liked her) but she was definitely not my favorite. YES! 
Yes. She was okay. I mean, it would be "Song, Jin, then Mai" if I had to choose. Since I'm pro Kataang all the way! XDDDD
Haha yes! Well, for me, I just don't feel they fit that well. Sokka never really showed any interest in her.
Well, the thing with Suki (though I don't mind any of the pairings for Sokka. So it's not like I'm against it.

Yes, I can't say I'm so fond of the ideas! The show came out perfect to me. Have you watched Korra yet? So far, I'm kind of disappointed in it. (At first I was like "THIS IS OMGOSH! COOL!" but last episode really made me disappointed.

It's cool that you support Will/Evanlyn and all, but the reason I think you see more Will/Alyss is the fact that they're cannon. I also think that if Will/Evanlyn was a thing, Alyss would be hardcore pissed.
