Description
Originally, this was a chalk drawing on the street. I used photoshop to paint over it. The character in it is Ryan, who is one of my favorite characters. <3 All his quirks are what make him great.
I'm most proud of how the eyes came out, and the chaos emerald, of course. The emerald is probably my favorite part, along with the lightning, though I did not manage to work with it as well as I had been hoping to. The picture has many flaws in it, but you may note that this was my very first digital painting (at least, my first to look like it was painted), and I haven't done anything like this since. For that, it came out pretty good.
This was originally done in 2007 or 2008, then digitally altered to look like a painting in 2009.
