Well, it is not actually the "text" rather just some particular kanji symbols, which I added to the picture for more "Japanese traditional" look. I added some of the kanji symbols I found suitable for the picture mood.

So, the meaning of them are the following (from up to down):
美 - means "beauty";
永 - means "eternity";
平 - means "peace, harmony";
易 - means "simplicity";
安 - means "tranquility";
命 - means "life".

Something like this.
