Saudi Arabian women have to be covered head to toe. to some cultures this OC may seem modest, but in Saudi Arabia, that's scandalous!

ah, she's not really modest at all. you're right. her stomach is partially visible, and she should be having practically every part of her body covered. Amina al-Reyes is also using the improper Arabic naming system. . .
Reyes isn't even an Arabic surname.

I have no qualms against a Hetalia OC being female, but this really just rubs be the wrong way here. I mean, Saudi Arabue has one of the highest male-to-female ratios in the world, an nobody dresses like that there if they're a girl. Nobody dresses like that anywhere, really. And very few people chew on beads.
