Description
West Shayca is a militarist state, and it's government is a Junta that has lasted several generations.
In-between these terms, a new fashion trend had emerged that took up on the military and utility style fashions and aimed at the civil markets. The campaigns were a success. A little too successful.
What was just a trend setting has now become a new civil recognition style and system; specific classes and types of people wearing distinct articles of cloth and such to be easily identified and stand out in crowds.
This new method of fashion compliments the orderly, militarist nature of West Shayca's society.
Police and Soldiers both have an off-duty set of clothes as well. While these clothes look a lot like their on-duty uniforms, they can be casually worn.
It is important to remember that camo patterns here necessarily =/= uniform. It's just a part of the fashion sense.
This is a part of my worldbuilding experiment which is a part of 's setting.
