Sure, it's your opinion, and I'm more then happy for you to voice it, but you stated it as though it was a fact, and you really shouldn't use a disease as an example.
Plus, the artist might of spent hours, probably days on this piece. They're obviously expecting good feedback since they put all their time and effort into this, not for people to call it "cancer".
The artist has feelings you know.
