my friend jaaaiiro ....i dunno why he spell his nickname like that lolmy new on deviant series eyes lyk urs....
i posted a wip cause i really dunno when will i be able to finish this..lucky if it wont take a year rofl
i still need to add more details on his facial stubbles...i chose to darken his portrait so it will have more details and suitable for drawing portrait..this is my style..

Your friend has a pleasant face. I like how you capture the roughness of the male face, and also the softness of the female face. Will you draw a picture of yourself? Do you think that would be more difficult than others portraits? Do you think a blind person could feel a face and draw it's likeness; do you think by using touch they would be more accurate than a sighted-person?
I find that when I attempt a picture of myself I get afraid because I am analyzing it so objectively that I forget it is me I am drawing.

hmmm very intelligent question...honestly..i can say they might be more successfull if they do that in a sculpture...and if they will do it in drawings i guess it would be in abstract with some shape of the person's face here and there....

Fantastic! I love it. I think it's wonderful as a WIP. I enjoy very much when the hair is left white/unfinished/lightly traced. It's a pity watermarks are a necessity nowadays. Do you do prints? I think your work is one of the few I'd truly consider owning.
