her character was pulled out cause of the introduction of her character will consume lots of pacing in the movie..

The fur looks great! Hell it all looks great. I read a rumor that they might do a Spider-Man 4 and 5 back to back. So perhaps we'll see some Black Cat in one of those *hope hope*

looks gorgeous so far, but I would reccomend checking the lighting. Because to me, judging by the angle the shadow falls from her nose, the shadow cast by her left breast is a bit incorrect. So check that, please.
And how big is this drawing?

thanks for the constructive crticism..yes i need to work on the lighting...this one is kinda small 10.5x8 inch..

Have you tried a technique where you lay down black marker first and then some white pencil/chinagraph or white marker over that ?

How about using grey colour pencils for the mid tones |? there are a range of about 6 of "cold" grey and 6 of "Warm" Grey, I am using them all the time
now along with the black color pencil, (instead of graphite).

really?those pencils are really convenient!!!what is the name of that pencils and the brand name?

blurhead In reply to aramismarron [2008-06-13 11:28:50 +0000 UTC]
yes you can get them in Faber Castell Polychromos
6 warms and 6 cold greys, and I beleive that they are available in a similar shades from Prismacolor.
The Faber Polychromos are oil based, whereas the Prismacolors are wax based.
They can be used together (beleive it or not)
but they are a little weird to use at first, as "colour" pencils that produce only grey tones does not seem right somehow !!

you probably don't need them though, I think that you pretty well with the graphite pencils !!!
