I do think you made the whole pic a bit too soft, her blade doesn't even look sharp, but the softness in the background looks great.

I LOVE that character. I have only read one of his books, and she was not featured in it. However, I have seen "The Hogfather" and consider it a must see at Christmas time now. Her wit is perfect.

yes on closer inspection birds only have 2 feet and the skeleton riding on the bird has 4 haha. he is pretty cute
