Beatiful piece. The colors in the background really emphasize the feminine, whimsical quality of sylveon.
On a side note, I'm actually expecting it to be a ghost type. If you look at some of the more recent ones, they're moving on to a more lolita style. Though sylveon is certainly bright, it's ribbons give it an otherworldly appearance.
