Yer welcome - and thanks also! I probly won't get them started for a while (I want to wait til the weather warms up a bit more, so glue and paint doesn't take decades to dry).

You're right games workshop, only thinks of money without giving importance to the players and their pocket, all you can do is save some money by making their own models and playing with friends to make it possible to play with them.

'Til you said it was scratch built, you had me convinced! Never seen this done before, and if I have then it was nowhere near as impressive.
It's a damn' shame that you didn't win the contest, but then again though games workshop will allways be games workshop (RIGGED!)... I mean, have you seen the Chaos v Imp. in the apocalypse book?
Awesome.

I am glad you like.
Invested much time to finish it, even lacks some details.
You're right, competitions are a fraud, there are always strange movements in the competitions and events.

What i've come to realise from seeing GW's dodgy judgements and staged battles is that for the most, the most profitable side will win. As far as I see, it cost alot more to build a space marine army than it does to build a chaos one, as with all of the space marines, all of the models have to conform to a strict cohesion (so you can't mix in a couple of old fashioned raggedy marines in order to sure up the numbers), yet with chaos you can add any old pile of trout to your ranks and call it whatever, bearing in mind this takes a mind, not money!
Considering that GW made little to no money from your Thunderhawk, they gave it a bad verdict, and the same goes for allmost everything that they give unfair results to. That's why I don't respect them as artists, but more Mildly Artistic Capitalists... or to put it more bluntly... sell-outs.
