Chocolate in small quantities is not particularly harmful to rats - no more than it is to humans. They don't have the sensitivity to theobromine that cats and dogs do. He's also not overweight (he weighs around 700g which is fairly typical for an adult male rat).
But I appreciate your concern!

the point is that chocolate contains stuff that are toxic for most of animals and i heard that rats do have the sensitivity to it too 0.o plus it makes him fat xD
About the weight, 700g is kinda limit between normal weight and obesity for rats, but indeed it depends on the gender, males are bigger than females and also it depends on its size, so if he is big, then 700g might be good... I also have a boy rat who seems to be fat, but he has damn lot of fur and his skin is movable alot, yet he has even less than 700g
But keep an eye on his feet.. the higher is weight of the rat, the bigger is risk of getting bumbles because of their heaviness
