Tbh, I don't get it why people draw all these girly guys mepregged. So why not a female then if nothing is manly about that poor lad. Same with the very manly guys, a pregnant belly just looks so weird on that muscular body.

well I like bara mpreg a lot ('bara'i.e. 'very manly') but it's ok to see a random standard guy in mpreg too, instead of effeminate ones (which are pretty much more as a trans-woman rather than a pregnant guy)
