sounds like a ton of fun. i made a self bow once but had very limited resources in terms of tools, so it was horrible. i ended up buying a beautiful longbow.

It sure is! I'm looking to make a couple more in the near future
I used mostly hand tools for mine, so it wasn't *too* technologically involved, but it definitely took a while...

What longbow did you get? We bought my brother a sky longbow this summer, and it shoots pretty sweet!

Yeah? that's awesome looks like a nifty bow! I don't think anyone at our range has a PSE longbow, but I tend to shoot with the old guys, haha. It's all Howard Hill, Savannah, Bear, and Martin longbows fer them

Are you suggesting that I'm going to be a failed archer?! ...because you'd be right. I've haven't been shooting in quite a while, and admittedly I've been a bookworm for the past couple months, so it wouldn't be a stretch to say that my coordination has gone down the toilet.

's still pretty fun though, most people pick it up again pretty fast if they've done it before...
Maybe you're just working on your page-turning coordination! Them corners can be awful tricky, yah know
