Ok, I must confess I cheated a bit on this one, I used a grid to copy the photo. ( you can see that on the WIP ) But hey, Michelangelo used tricks too >.>
The mouth was a real pain to draw. I spent hours on it D:
I'm still not completely satisfied with it, he doesn't look as cute as the original picture and I don't know why :/
But I'm very proud anyway... XP

Oh, yeah, for those who don't know, he's the bad German terrorist in Die Hard, played by Alan Rickman. And he's HOT.

Hans was a great villian, he just had this great mood and body language. He may of been a villian, but I think he did have a more nicer side. Like when the S.W.A.T team try to enter, he asks his henchmen only to wound them, not kill them. Nevertheless, lovely sketch! I want that beard drawing skill of yours.

I think the problem is with the lighting. The bright white on the side of his face looks narrower in the original photo....maybe increasing the shadowing on his right eye and cheek and raising the wrinkles on his left eye up a bit.
Long term I might suggest a smaller grid? Or maybe divide the grid squares that feature the fiddly bits (e.g. Eyes and mouths....they drive me spare they really do).
Hope this is helpful critique, I do like the drawing, honestly! You got the sketchy style which is tricky to get digitally.

Well, the problem is that the original photo is really small - it's on the wip. So it's not easy to get the details correctly :/

I love the shading.. usually when people shade things, I don't like it, if you can actually see the pencil lines, but somehow you pulled it off amazingly.. I love the fact that you didn't shade the entire picture, but merely shaded the places that needed shadings.
The only thing that's a tad disappointing 8and it's not even disappointing at all! 
I was wondering if I could base some art off of this? It seems like an amazing practice model.. I probably won't submit it to dA, because I suck, but would you mind if I used it to base my practice off?

Actually, I drew the suit first, and didn't work on it after I drew the face. I thought it focus more on the face that way. But I'll paint the whole pic.
As for using this... well, I used a photo myself, so why not ?

With computer. It was my intention first to paint directly a portrait of him, but I didn't find the pic I was looking for, so I drew this one, and I'll color it now. Or at least I'll try.

I knew German once, but as I stopped learning it five years ago, I don't remember much things.
Ahah, I know what it feels like, there's a guy speaking in French - in the additional scene, with Hans, Theo and the french guy before the vault. It's really strange.
