Continuing my hobby of converting lesser known mythical creatures to the My Little Pony world,
I've decided to try and adapt the "Ipotane"

Ipotane, in myth are the earliest version of the centaur, which originally more resembled Satyr or Minotaur except with horse based features.

However, since we know so little about the Ipotane, since we mostly only know of their existence from images on ancient pottery, it’s giving me opportunity to make up my own backstory and traits of the species, and make them distinct from the other ancient anthropomorphic greek creatures.

So what im going with, is that Ipotanes are the most self centered creatures there are, essentially egotism made flesh, but thanks to their considerable beauty, they usually make a living leeching off others,entering toxic, one-sided relationships, romantic or otherwise, with many a poor fool falling for their allure and spending far too long trying to give the Ipotane the benefit of the doubt.

Haven’t quite gotten the design down for then yet, but this is enough to get a good idea of a female Ipotane. I’ll probably come out with a male one somewhere down the road as well.

Let me know if you’d like to help out with designing the visual look of the Ipotane. I’m thinking of keeping them more regular horse colored rather than the pastel rainbow of the ponies in order to keep them more distinct, but i feel they still need some more traits to separate them further from the three pony races.
