He's so cute~

His wand and ahoge should be folded and glued to the colour blocks before being cut out, to make them double-sided. The wings should be glued together as well, either before or after they're cut. The skirt is really short (it only goes slightly below the bottom edge of his body), and it should be glued together and slid down onto the body as far as possible before glueing it onto the body. It should just need a little bit under the top edges to hold it in place.

Other than that, it's pretty straightforward
