Rohayu: Very fond of pokemon AU where Rororo is an international police officer hunting down team baddies.. specializing in speed oriented pokemons ranging from normal-fighting-flying. Runner up is FE3h AU where she is in the Golden Deers! Black sheep among crest siblings proficient in swords and riding, forced to holds the fort as siblings scattered all over to establish their dominance and get caught up with politics
Sergei: Also pokemon AU where he is a defamed pokemon scientist working for a villain team, specializing in electric/steel pokemon. FE3H AU that is alternate to Roro's where he started off as a Black Eagle noble with a minor crest and interest in how the crests works, later as a mage professor joining the clique to topple the system.
Quentin: Harmless modern AU in which he gets to live the outdoor researcher/documentary professor life. A pokemon professor in the pokemon AU collective who'll give you your starters.
Shui: Defaults to pokemon AU as the good feel au honestly- but with adult!Shui as a pokeranger and his team of Fighting types.
Ral: Default Pokemon AU with Ral as a marchioness slash ghost gym leader.
Lorenzo: Modern AU where he is a sharp-dressed mobster committing... white collar crimes.... Alternately in Pokemon AU a well-known fashion designer who is really a member of a large-sacle pokemon cult team specializing in steel/fighter types.
Bran: The Witcher AU LOL a tree man beloved to a town who's just helping around finding his purpose, until you discover that he's originally a demonic willow tree that soaked up all the blood of his sacrifices and become a source of powerful magical energy.

Ilham:
I have him already in a D&D campaign but he's like the polar opposite of AA Ilham. Is way into conspiracy theories, is a Grave Cleric (for one thing) or Life Cleric (depends on the timeline), he uses necromancy as a means to heal and got himself way in over his head researching Dark elves...potentially kidnapped by the queen for sticking his nose into other people's businesses where he shouldn't.
Another AU is the modern AU I have floating around where he's a florist/professor at a university and that's just...so I can draw him as an awkward dad in modern clothes...
Originally, Ilham was based off my intense love for Volkner in Pokemon D/P/P and then turned into another oc named Cronos who was a demon based around the whole time aesthetic (wow so original) and now he's Ilham in AA and the whole going from Pokemon, to Demon oc to AA is a roller coaster that needs a lot to unpack.
Veil:
Battle Aca Mahou AU is probably one of my favourites because as someone who loves Utena, Veil is like...the paired idea of Utena being like "this cool character who says heck to all the stereotypes and saves the world" but also Jojo's bizarre adventure reference.
I do have an AU as well for Veil in D&D but never got around to fleshing that out but I'd want them to be a mage which is completely different from AA. Who is an air genasi, warlock.

Spencer: He came from an Attack on Titan group originally-- he was in the Military Police, and was basically a complete jackass as was common and expected of those people. He would've probably survived the first battle because he's surprisingly skilled all things considered, but died in the next just because he's unlucky like that.
Balthazar & Lars: I think they'd fit well in a JRPG game like Chrono Cross with a kajillion characters you can recruit or something. But the reason I think of Chrono Cross is because in that game there were pairs of characters that were tied together in some way (related to each other, friends, lovers, etc etc) but you could only recruit one of the two to your party and once you chose one the other was forever off-limits. It made a huge difference on the composition of your final character roster and what parts of the characters' backstories you understood. Balthazar would probably a weaker unit, but more useful in helping you progress through the story (maybe like certain areas your party will have to sneak in unless Balto is with you in which case he just flashes his Privilege Card and you waltz in?) while Lars is a better unit in battle, but doesn't really have the passive kind of help balthazar brings.
Elise: I mentioned Harvest Moon AU in a reply to fai's comment but damn she'd be great in a Harvest Moon AU... Like Dia or something. Another AU that I actually spend a lot of time thinking about is something like an Abandoned Empress AU, where Elise ends up back in her childhood with a complete memory of everything that happens up to this point and has to try to prevent it. I just think how her relationships with people would change if she'd grown up with more awareness would be interesting!!
Walter: He'd do well in a Darker than Black AU. He'd be a pretty cool Contractor I think-- maybe with the power of persuasion and an obeisance of playing an instrument.
Tatiana: Put her in Psycho Pass AU. She'd be one of those crazies with a super clean crime coefficient who has a superiority complex about it and being an Inspector. (Incidentally, I imagine as a result, Gared would have an extremely high crime coefficient.)
Piers: I think he'd be really cool in the League of Villains in My Hero Academia... or as an Arrancar in BLEACH. If the former, he'd have his stinky sludge powers, and he'd probably be closest to Toga and Twice. If the latter, he'd probably be a fraccion to Orion with his broken mask replacing his bandanna.
Thyme: Stick her in Legend of Zelda as a villager NPC or something LOL

Hmm... The tinkerbell movies (and the general Peter Pan vibe) was a big inspiration for the final iteration of Lylas. (LET ME LIVE AAAAA) So probably something like... a winter fairy who got the glacier-talent but likes to watch the snowflake making fairies. It was never jack frost nipping ur nose it was lylas throwing a tiny snowball at y-- He'd sing all the time for the kids who believed in fairies and... ice skate on the frozen rivers and lakes aaa yeah. LETS NOT GET TOO ATTACHED HERE LFMADKFADKJ---

...Animal crossing not because that's all I'm playing or anything nooo... She would be the 'main' villager and she'd be... so dutiful to take care of everyone. She'd just really like to be able to make things and the general chill pace with the occasional tarantula would be nice. A Witcher from the School of the Griffin. After his family’s convoy gets overrun and devoured by alghouls as a child, the witcher that dispatched the monsters before they could feed on him as well took him in to Kaer Seren. Grown into a capable witcher, yet considered far too compassionate by others, he travels the countryside and city streets taking contracts for monsters’ demise with zest, particularly from those that have a thirst for vengeance against the creature, something he understands all too well.
Noah: In a happy ol Pokemon AU Noah is a traveling trainer following leads in Kanto to spot the legendary birds articuno, zapdos and moltres, and the duo ho-oh and lugia of Johto. He hopes to simply see them with his own eyes with no attempt of catching the Pokemon, leaving them be. His team begins with a young houndour and grows into a diverse team of different types and abilities.

- From being part of a low-branch in the family, Virsche was suddenly first to become the family head
- Her uncle who became the current head due to being the eldest in the family could not accept that his son would be pushed aside all because of coincidence
- Uncle made a deal with some researchers from the Empire to have Virsche's crest extracted in hopes of it being given to his own son.
- It did not work, and after the discovery of this, he was exiled
- Virsche was heavily traumatized by this incident and hasn't been the same since
- House is currently in Shambles because Who's the Head Now.
- She probably never gets back her Crest even in time skip

Nice: [Vas Mortus ] Sci-fi group but the details don't matter she's just a self-indulgent NPC-- Semi-retired investigator with a global intelligence organisation. Born to a Catalan mother and French-American father and grew up in Barcelona before relocating to London as an adult for work. Married to a fellow agent and currently lives with him and their four kids in a small town in Sussex.
Lyon: [Vas Mortus ] A popular actor currently starring in a historical drama series about Isabella I of Spain. Widowed, splits his time between Los Angeles, Barcelona, his sister's home in England, and wherever a certain relative/friend of the family happens to be at the time. Has a wallet full of black cards and is unbelievably good at avoiding paparazzi.
Nor: [Vios Terra ] Fantasy/sci-fi RP with two main factions: one more magic-based that rode dragons, the other more tech-based with airships. Like in AA, Nor was a high-ranked officer with the former LOL. She was born into nobility in the world's wind-based nation before joining the dragonriders and rode an old lightning dragon who I always imagined to be jolly and cheery like Chris Hemsworth's Thor LMASDOF.
Odi: [Ragnarok Online] A SinX living in Alberta with her wife. Grew up on the streets of Morroc, became a Thief by total accident. She was hungry and snuck onto the farm to get mushrooms for food, and it happened that there were some novices there trying to steal mushrooms to enter the guild. She was so quick about it and got so many shrooms none of the actual applicants were able to pass, and ended up getting taken in by the guild. Became a mercenary with no home after the destruction of Morroc but was eventually able to reunite with her childhood friends, meet and marry her wife, and overall have a better life than before-- my server shut down before I was able to craft Pain. : pensive:

Sarain: The daughter of a powerful noble family belonging to one of the galaxy's more... aggressive empires. Ironically, she ran away from home and was taken under the wing of a fearsome space pirate with whom she still sails the skies today, plaguing the very nation her family's a part of.
Mae: A fighter pilot from the fringes whose passion includes lasers and explosives. Pilots a customized fighter craft that can transform into a mech.
Turon: A simple wide-eyed traveler from a backwater planet who's surprised at every turn about how big the galaxy is... probably got swindled out of all his money day 1 of leaving home and therefore ended up in the service of a shadier crew as a cabin boy or cook to earn his way to his destination.
Vesper: A strange starry alien from deep space who can travel through the cosmos without need of a vessel. They were drawn from beyond the edge of the galaxy by the life within, and spend their days drifting through open space from place to place as the oddest of tourists.

Lucrezia: Final Fantasy 14 - Gunbreaker main Warrior of Light from Limsa Lominsa--maybe started off as a Lieutenant in the Maelstrom before being whisked away to adventure. I think she'd be a bit meaner than she is now, but more altruistic because of her responsibility. Probably still has a terrible relationship with her father LOL, he's somewhere in Ul'Dah making bank and being upset she's off killing gods and not helping him.
(also I want to do Bungou Stray Dogs but I can't think of anything!!! another character already has a sharpshooter ability sobs)

Naevys: Fire Emblem Echoes: shadows of valentia - noblewoman from the upper aristocracy of Zofia and active member of the Deliverance. She is recruit-able from Act 1 upon completing her side quest. Starts as a mage and has high growth rates across the board.
Allie: can't think of a specific game/move/book/etc universe (it is very late/early in the morning at the time of typing). But definitely a fantasy world with fantastic beasts for her to dot on and a close knit family/community. I can see her as a Na'Vi from Pandora or a magizoologist in the HP universe inspired by the work of Newton Scamander.
Yue: Girls' Frontline - 4 stars tactical doll, wields an assault rifle as her weapon. Her built in personality is the same as AA: sharp, impatient, blunt and takes no shit. Buffs sub-machine and her added skill is grenade launching. Neural upgrade available.

Airez: So I used to drop him in my oc recycle bin mafia AU with friends. He was the caporegime at that time that leads the team that basically uh have a sine graph for their contribution levels for the family. Buys "magical weapons" from the black market that mostly just backfires to allies.
Claretta: HP AU. Works as an auror. She was from a well-known family of wizards. Ever since her sister left the family and rumored to become a dark wizard, she joins the department of magical law enforcement.
Ernest: Bougie rich kids cheesy drama AU, except the main protagonist is his nephew Leslaw and Ernest is the deuteragonist uncle that is supervising if Leslaw can properly take over the family. Probably gets his intro looking shady af but only because he was looking stressed from long-distance flights.
Navin: Hogwarts AU Gryffindor student that hangs out with Slytherins. Excels in dueling in defense against the dark arts classes, but terrible with potions and herbology.
Mel: Broadway AU--! Stars in several different ones before and now retiring as a dance instructor.

- Evin would be an Ailluin (basically an elf but plant-y, they can live a good 500 years), a Cactus Ailluin. So like, cactus flowers growing here or there and maybe some prickles too hahahHAHAHA. He'd probably not join a guild (because he wants to make his own name), but if I ahem, I mean he had to choose, he'd join Centheria since its focus on freedom and chaos suit his desires better. He'd be an artificer much like in Arcem Alva, but have a higher standing and presence in the academic world. He'd work with the Water element primarily for most of his spells, but probably Wind, Ice and Metal too, maybe? HE'D BE ABLE TO GO INTO OFFENSIVE MAGICS AS WELL AS MAGIC BARRIERS AND HIS USUAL 'SAGECRAFT'... And his involvement with the Guilds would likely revolve around him being too interested in the strange magics at works, and wanting his own part to play in how it all goes! Snarky lil' brat in this group of sweet lovable babies, I'M....

- Oh god, Evin would be THE WORST in this sort of AU?? I'd like to imagine he'd have been born in the lowest of the Upper Class (the sort that most other Upper Class would be like, "Oh, you're still here?" fjkdfljd) in this group with relatives in higher places. His parents would have pressured him to strive for greater heights, but develop a VERY bad standing with him in doing so (as he is in this group). Or perhaps Middle Class? Dunno how that'd work out with Union's strict social castes. Worked his way up and managed to grab the attention of his richer relatives to take him in within THEIR business, so long as he proved he's worth keeping among them. He'd burn his bridges with his parents for all the spite they'd built between them, but at least he was now working in a job he loved (probably security technology or online security, somewhere around that field of work?) and had the inner strength and cleverness to stand his ground in the higher levels of the Upper Class.
Still very snarky and demanding, 5 feet and 3 inches of one little shit.
But he still has altruistic ideals underneath all those spines and barbed wires, and would be very interested in politics in the hopes of influencing policies and movements to make it easier for people with potential to gain further standing and opportunity in Union City. He'd proooobably have a Seawater or ocean sort of Essence, since he's just as temperamental and adaptable as the ocean, and if nothing else, just as salty as the sea as well.
He'd be such a shrill little brat, but I think his altruism and interest in community development would shine brighter in this au ;a;9

- Black Eagles Noble with a Crest
- Proficiency in Reason and Faith, Budding talent in Authority
- Probably a powerhouse magical unit with high MAG and RES but abysmal ATK and DEF lol
- His supports would be something like acting all holier-than-thou with a massive ego about his whole crest bloodline but mellows out afterwards and is more honest to himself (kinda like Lorenz)
Nora:
- Recruitable Knight of Seiros, no Crest
- Proficiency in Axe and Archery, Budding in Brawling
- Mostly used as a melee unit with good evasion and u keep a bow in the inventory in case u need a lil ranged damage
- First supports are relatively normal but the more u dig she starts to reveal how she has doubts about how the Knights of Seiros are supposed to follow the Archbishop's every command blindly... what if one day the enemy is right and archbishop is wrong?
Blue:
- Recruitable villager unit that you save during a Paralogue or something, no Crest
- Proficiency in Brawling and Armor, Budding in Axe
- The big fucking tank you put in front of everyone else as a meatshield (has lots of HP but beware of her abysmal RES)
- She is a good girl throughout all her supports : ) Sometimes causes trouble bc of she's an airhead. Burns food at the dining hall often

Guen: Originated in another group…! Sci-fi mafia was the summary LOL where she was a rising star who was funded by and co-operated with a crime group to treat her mother’s illness (her family was poor). Her powers were … perfect muscle memory and had secondary telepathic abilities…???? (Can read moods really well). My fav. AU though is maybe Fate AU with any combination of master/servant roles with friend’s OCs.
Nina: I actually made Nina based on Guen first before I decided to also bring Guen into the group… so same origin? The idea was that Nina would be what Guen’d be like if things in her life had not gone so wrong. But for AU I think HS AU was my favorite for Nina just for the two girls to live together and actually be close as sisters. Also – no violence.
Edrik: Also originated in another group that was also sci-fi/fantasy/me…cha? Kind of? He was an officer who researched healing and weaponry heavily (the meme was we had no healer for the longest time so he made… a healing gun, haha). But same personality otherwise – family oriented, soft, introspective. I really liked my design for him for the Alice in Wonderland AU where he was the Caterpillar, but he met Ae’ri in a mob au where he was a double agent and often had to come to Ae’ri’s boss to get treated to wounds.
Tyr: He’s an AA original so no extra background. I have never played Monster Hunter but based on what little I know I think he’d probably fit in that world pretty well…? Though Witcher AU might be neat too (except I also know nothing about Witcher LOL).
Klaus: Also an AA original. I really liked the triplets’ design in space AU where they ran the spaceship’s cafeteria. Even if we go GBF I can definitely see the triplets as 1 unit who can rotate between phys attack/mag attack/heal modes ahaha. And their ougi would be summoning a grown bacon to trample down the enemy. BUT IF WE GO FE3H Tai already drew the designs and they are fab. Nothing to add there. If Klaus was by himself… Harvest Moon where he’s the baker in the town who disappears from time to time, and you find out that he’s actually super rich but just loves backing and has no desire to inherit his family mining business.

Cassair:
- Dark SSR (Grand), Light SSR, Earth SSR (Halloween), Light SR (story)
- Unknown race but looks like a wolfy Erune. He seems to be a former prince whose home island was destroyed when its contracted primal was killed. He joins the crew to search for the culprits. There's a story event in which you find out he is actually that primal, who went mad and destroyed his own island after its prince - real Cass - was slain.
- Dark and earth versions are high hostility, high dodge rate. Grand is a strong debuffer, Halloween is low defence squishy. Light versions are mostly debuff/heals (imitating real Cass).
Javed:
- Earth SSR
- Erune with floppy labrador ears. A scholar who gets his hands on dangerous, coveted research, so the crew rescues him and he stays. Originally from Cass' island and is shaken to learn of its destruction.

- Human. First appears as the wind R version, where she's an entertainer who wants to start a new life, and so joins the crew. As an earth SR, she gains some tattoos and is still searching for what she wants. The water SSR has her full tattoos and new resolution to be a warrior who protects the crew.
- Strong self-buff that lets her deal high damage even with an under-developed grid, but no team utility. Easy to use, good for beginners.
Celestina:
- Fire SSR (Grand), Light SSR (Summer)
- Primal of Amedra Island, a bustling merchant's hub with fabulous beach resorts.
- Heals and buffs the party, inflicts one of the strongest Charm debuffs in the game, has a passive skill that boosts item drop rates.
Silvan:
- Light SSR (Grand)
- Primal of Miras Isles, home to the Mirian Royal Order of Knights who are famed for their flying mounts.
- Sabre and katana proficiency, 200% charge bar limit, based around plentiful charge attacks, a strong and self-sufficient attacker.
Marise:
- Water SR (story)
- Primal of shipwrecks and souls lost at sea. She's proud of her duty but lonelier than she'll admit. She helps the crew in a main quest arc where they're scattered across a floating ocean. A devoted part of the fandom is waiting for her SSR to pair with Sigmund's, but there's no sign of it yet.
- Mostly a straightforward attacker but has a party-wide veil that's used to get through a main quest fight.
Giovan:
- Light SSR Summon
- Call: Big boost to defence, grants revitalise and a 4000 HP shield

-She can give a second CA to people and buffs her own DA and TA chance to high heck. Dagger!
Owain:
-Dark Primal Special(!)
-He's got Erune ears and whatnot- lived among them a long time ago, likes the mortals more than he likes his fellow primals. A ho until his secret is discovered, at which point its now emo cry boi hours.
-Enmity Based! Think Bow/Dagger version of Jeanne, he lives and dies by the salt.
Carine:
-Light Erune Defense(!)
-Pulls an Adrestian Empire and injects herself with primal power in order to wield a sheild that a primal left behind- this juicing causes memory loss and she slowly forgets who she is and who are friends are, even as she's doing this to protect them.
-Did you like damage cuts, defense buffs, and healing? She your girl. At max uncap she gets wings and starts dropping nukes as a counter. Melee/Uncap is Sabre!

Andros:
-Golden Deer Commoner, no crest! Axe/Heavy Armor Prof, budding talent in riding but hates it until it is maxed.
-Easily recruited with enough authority, but if unrecruited he becomes a nightmarishly thick boy on the other routes, left to his berserker rage.
-Loyal and dedicated but hides it underneath muscle and violence- prying that away from him reveals that he's just as confused and upset by the war as any of them.
Katherine:
-Ashen Wolf Sewer Noble, got a big ol dangerous Crest. Reason prof, budding talent swords!
-She won't join unless you already have her sister!
-Unless you have Ara, you're getting a random Trickster enemy on some maps who will come to try and kill you after you kill her.
Owain:
-Black Eagles Crested Noble, Bow/Sword with budding talent reason!
-A ho, will join you pre-timeskip if recruited but will defect back to BE post-timeskip if not all his friends are recruited. He doesn't want them to be lonely, he'll stick with them to the end.
-Post-timeskip reveals he's actually really feral underneath his ho nature.
Carine:
-She a church girl who go to church and has no crest, faith/heavy armor!
-Unless you do church route she will not join you period.

-has unique dialogue for every nakama she's forced to fight; her boss battle is an fe:a ch 10
Bel:
-crested commoner from black eagles, reason/faith with no budding talents
-unless you do her like 5 pt paralogue she’ll ditch you post-timeskip even if you recruited her beforehand
-gets progressively less angy post-timeskip but trades it for more sad
Circe:
-strange gremlin found sleeping in a forest with no memories, likes bothering the dragons and is recruitable only if you have a high riding stat
-generally pretty obstinate but the archbishop is insistent abt keeping her around
-has green hair
Adel:
-recruitable via dlc only; reason/authority, budding talent in swords
-in main game he only shows up in Anya’s paralogue and thru political flavor text, depending on you house he’s either an invisible ally or an invisible casualty
-has a weirdly meta moment once you recruit him, it's probably just a gimmick even though it doesn't sound like one...

I feel like you'd have to recruit a good portion of his fellow crew for him to also be recruit-able, or vice versa, but at the same time he is more easily swayed if we're going against the church heehee. If you're a church fucker I guess he'll die
Strengths: sword, brawl, authority
Weaknesses: faith, heavy armor, lance
Budding talent: reason
Best classes: ...trickster, thief...maybe mortal savant? I like to think that he has some magic skills to aid in his clownery, especially given his peripheral class in canon. Dancer class would be hilarious as hell though!

He was first concepted for a now defunct RP group, revolitions (waves at lati hehe)! Was more 2D there because I was young and dumb, but went through a similar circumstance regarding his stereoblindness; at the time of that group start, he was fighting for a upstart nation. I have a habit of reusing names but altering character personalities, so while Nikolai Kozlov as a name / character did appear in an earlier RP group (also defunct), everything else was a complete makeover--so he's essentially squeaky clean for AA.
For Nikko, I like to think about a modern AU where he's living his best associate professor life now! Cue some cute coffee shop vignettes, lack of imposter syndrome, the works.Felix:
Church of Seiros brat.
One of Felix's earliest incarnations involved him as Rayne's brother, so it'd most likely be something along the lines of them getting separated at a young age, and taking very different paths to where they're at right now. Rayne probably forgot like the dumbfuck he is, while Felix does a lot of things to try and surpass Rayne or get his attention. Only recruitable if siding with the church; probably a good shot and has bonuses against attacking Rayne. Perhaps the easiest to recruit of the three.

Felix is also another SunTM reused names, clean slate everything else! In the aforementioned original story, he was Rayne's brother, meant to start another cycle of "you either die a hero or live to see yourself as the villain" edgy shit.

-Having a heavy preference for the bow, she continues to use bows even after becoming proficient with lance/axes
Lleu:
Being the older brother of Eir, he would have grown up in the same environment within the Leicester Alliance as well, but would’ve joined the Church of Seiros like his father after going through the officer’s academy to hone his skills in white magic in order to serve the Church. He’d remain at Garreg Mach Monastery and would often be found in the library or in the cathedral. He's very much loyal to the the Church and the Goddess and cannot be swayed towards endeavors that go against the church.

Secretive with disaster following him everywhere, and didn’t find himself worthy of others’ love and friendship.
Back there he wasn’t fond of his appearance either, he didn’t like his bright red eyes as the way it contrasted with his pale complexion made them look hollow and usually took people by surprise

She was vaguely slated for Seth’s original setting too, but I never got around to developing her. She was a houndoom, who hid on a pirate ship under an alias. She got to live out her childhood fantasy of sailing the seas and going on wild adventures, would’ve had an extensive collection of muskets and shotguns.

I can see her being in a universe about monster hunters and tamers, her being an unconventional hunter by practicing taming instead… (though this sounds just like httyd doesnt it lol) Has a strong bond with Cahya and goes around with her family taking down the Nastier beasties

Also a recycle, she was originally a boar from a Princess Mononoke inspired group. She’s still stubborn and dumb, she occasionally went out to scare humans like some sort of local boogeyman and she absolutely loved it. She struggled with paving her own way in life, usually leaning on her parents since she was sheltered and that’s all she knew

Modern AU, man with a troubled youth who is slowly getting his life back together working at community service near wifey’s flower shop (where they meet and slow burn their romance). Eventually settles down and gets back in contact with his estranged parents, marries her and has a son, also maybe adopts a dog or two
Jovana
I honestly keep thinking Witcher with her, she’d probably be a village witch and her quest would be either, reunite her with her with her estranged brother or leave their relationship strained so he can continue keeping some monster at bay with others who found the same calling
Alternatively, horse girl AU. Wiater and her, with some friends, Saddle Club 2.0 where she’s a music lover and has a good voice, but ultimately would take up equestrianism before singing
