Description
Remember when I drew Hisuan Drowzee, Hisuian Hypno and Magdareem? Well, I decided to give the regular Drowzee a third stage in its evolution-line. Though I decided to take the line towards a different direction. Based more on the yo-kai that the line is based on. Along with "astraphatherium", a prehistoric creature that lived in South America. Due to their nickname "Thunder Beast", I thought of making this Pokémon a Psychic/Electric-type. But instead I thought it could receive a new electric-type move, exclusive to it. That relates to its lore and gets stab, even if it is not electric-type. Maybe we will receive something like this in the DLC for Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, a sequel to Pokémon Legends: Arceus or maybe in a future game.

So let me introduce you to the new Pokémon:

BAKUPNEA is a Psychic/Dark type that is 2,2 meters tall and weighs 231 kilograms.

Hypno evolves into Bakupnea by leveling it up after learning "Shock Therapy" (an Electric-type move that Bakupnea gets stab on) at level 46. The name is taken from "Baku" (the yo-kai that the Drowzee-line is based on) and "Sleep Apnea" (a sleeping disorder).

The day after a strange energy started leaking out from a wormhole. All of the Drowzee's and Hypno's that lived in the affected regions, started receiving insane migraines. Which caused them all to collapse and have trouble sleeping during the night. Some of them even went for a week without getting any sleep. When the week passed, all the Drowzees and Hypnos returned back to normal, or at least somewhat. Trainers that owned Hypnos started notice that their Pokémon have learned a new electric-type move that has never been seen before. Then after leveling up, the Hypnos evolved into a brand-new Pokémon; Bakupnea. This Pokémon is really large and quadrupedal. Like its pre-evolutions, it gives off a creepy feeling when around children. Its eyes have a red line in them, as if it has never slept for weeks and the end of its trunk look like a mitten. A lot of people get scared just by looking into Bakupnea's eyes. The pendulum that Hypno usually has, has disappeared. Instead Bakupnea's tusks glows in a soothing manner to hypnotize its victims. Sometimes it even sits down and moves its arms and fingers around like Drowzee does when it uses its powers. People have noticed that since Bakupnea appeared in the world, the amount of people with sleeping disorders has increased. Since Bakupnea's powers do not put people to sleep, but prevents them from falling asleep. Which is in the grand scheme of things, much worse. However, Bakupneas that are loved by their trainers. Are not as willing to use its powers on instinct. But rather on occasions in which its trainer and/or its relatives/friends are in danger. Though depending on the trainer itself, the Bakupnea may not be as willing to use its powers even on awful people. As of now, the scientists are doing their best to study this Pokémon and its powers. Though sadly, one of them managed to use its powers on Professor Oak and due to his age and physical condition. He collapsed on the floor of his lab. Thankfully Tracey was there to call an ambulance. Oak was brought to the hospital to get treatment, even from a friendlier Bakupnea. But as of now, it is unknown if he would even survive this encounter.

Bakupnea has a brand-new ability called: "Sleep Sickness". This ability allows all of Bakupnea's attacks to deal more damage to all opponents that are sleeping.
