It's very nice, but I'd suggest making the contour white and put it on overlay, just a suggestion

Im gone to try and do this in my spare time looks amazing. Also with all the people saying that full window transparency is a problem are talking SHIT all you have to do is show the active window only you could make a shortcut key to tab through windows. ArchangelX2 if i do mannage to get this done i will send you a copy and maybe you can work on the graphics side of things im a bit crappy at that.

I can do the graphics part of this project, but I'm very busy now (studying hard to prepare for the coming exams

Very nice, but this would mean that every website would have to change itself with different filetypes (PNG) and get rid of the background images/color. It would look great, though!

So basically you want fire fox to better support glass and have a visual book mark bar.

Not Bookmark bar, It's TABS ;( Sorry but nowadays we are always have so, so many links in bookmark, so the thumbnails will not work effectively (take too much spaces).
The 'Speed Dials' of Opera has that feature if you want. ;D (And some addon in FF too)
So it's nothing new if I put it into my concept. (I just want to show 'new' features only ;D)

It's a REALLY bad idea to do full window transparency, REALLY bad. In addition to this being a HUGE performance hit (imagine a couple of these windows layered on top of each other, GASP, that's a nasty hit on even a 8800 series video card, but it's also very distracting to the user, even the most focused person in the world will seem like a 10 year old who needs some rittalin.
Some good ideas, but some very bad ones too.
