Description

What of Eden, you ask? Did it fall like Ava’Lon or Ruudash?

No. It still exists, the lands altered by the magical devastation leveled against them.

Yet the great hounds still run the plains.

The Griffins still soar the skies.

And the Whale-Seals fill the seas once more now that the Edeni have vanished.

Yet, more curiously, a new people calls Eden home.

One kind, curious and brave, small in stature but big in heart.

Their origins are a mystery, a second attempt by Orpheus, animals mutated by Zedyn’s magics, abandoned creations by the Zehiri. It is not for me to say.

But the little six-armed folks have bonded well with their homes yet have barely discovered half of their world, having just recently reached the Dull Lands, what once was Sthenos and Northern Tapeino.

The lack of divine intervention has seen the world grow incrementally harsher, with true weather patterns, rising sea levels, and less abundance of plant life.

But still, it is a paradise.

And I don’t believe the Bivits will sacrifice the right to their home as the Edeni did, whose ruins the new inhabitants avoid on principle, fearful of the monsters and arcane weaponry that still lurk within their alien geometry.

It’s been interesting finding the home of my ancestors by accident. But I hope no one else finds this place.

We don’t deserve it anymore.
