He can't cure Allergies, cancer, or make a paralyzed person walk again, he will never be strong enough for that, and healing can take a strain on his body, especially if he were to try and mend broken bones or torn tendons. He can however speed up the healing process on broken limbs and such. He can completely heal minor injuries such as bruises, scratches or scrapes, and bring temporary relief to achy muscles. He can kick a migraines ass.
For minors, he will only heal you if you are in unbearable pain, but if its something that can be helped by taking some tyonol or a heating pad, that's all you'll get from him.

+Hardworking/serious- He's abit of a workaholic. he has an apartment in NYC but mostly occupies himself at HQ doing work, or helping those who need to be healed. He doesn't sleep as much as he should but it doesnt bother him. He takes his job seriously and will even go as far as to follow up and make sure that you're doing alright, or set up check up meetings. Missing those would not be a smart idea.
+Irriatble/caring- He's always had a bad attitude, and may have a temper issue, he has a hard time tolerating loud-mouths and total idiots. But dont let this scare you because he actually does care about the well-being of others, if he didnt he wouldnt be working in the medical feild, or using his ability to help make people feel better. A way to piss him off is if you dont follow his medical advice. He doesn't give it out for fun, he provides it so that you will follow and feel better.
+Rebellious- He doesnt take orders well from anyone he doesnt respect, this caused problems in school and in his life in-general. He had a problem with fighting, which is actually how he became so good at hand to hand combat in the first place. Since then he has stopped but wont hesitate to kick ass if necessary or provoked.

William grew up in a large house with just him and his dad in New York, his mother had died during childbirth so he had never actually met her, but has seen her through videos and pictures that he had found in their attic. His father had taken the death hard and hadn't made him the most caring dad around, he wasn't their much either since he was the head doctor in the Army and had to leave for long periods of time. He was homeschooled and taken care of by a nanny for the majority of his childhood. The upside to this is that he did become interested in the medical field as well. Not necessarily because of his dad, but because his mom had worked as a medic too, though it was unknown to him where. I guess in some kind of way he wanted to feel closer to her, but also because he felt like he needed to put his ability to good use. He worked hard and enlisted himself into the army as a medic that his dad was located in, and was trained. This lasted a few years and eventually in his late teens he begun to get sick due to his heart which then lead to his heart valve surgery to get them repaired.

Turns out his heart was stunting his healing factor as it was constantly trying to heal the damage. This made him more useful in the medical field and after a year he was back. it helped that he had the knowledge to do so. He was still considered a "nurse" but he was working his way up. His attitude did cause him trouble, and he had gotten into plenty of fights while there, sometimes he provoked it. Please note he did not make his ability known, he made sure his healing factor was subtle enough. He used his medical based knowledge as explanation to why his dads patients healed faster then another.

He was eventually relieved from the military due to his fighting problem, he took this time to go into medical school so he could learn how to be an actual doctor and during this time he had met Christina (At this point he's 20), another college student with a bite. They were never in love, but they lusted after each other from their first meeting. To say the least they slept with one another that night but without intending to, they would continue to go back to each other. They eventually got to know one another, and had even gone on some dates. Though long, It wasn't much of a relationship, it was abusive (verbal, he doesn't hit females.) and entirely based on lust. During one of their hate-sex makeups, she got pregnant. This was the end of their 'relationship', but he continued to support her due to the baby being his as well. After the baby was born they did try to be together again, but it fell into the same pattern, they couldn't raise a baby in that kind of condition. She took full custody over Jesa, and William would take her a few times a month because of his schooling.

He was picked up by the Agency relatively recently via his laptop, he would have declined due to the fact his LAPTOP got HACKED----but, it turned out this was where his mother had been a medic. They were aware of his ability, as it was hereditary through his mothers line. By now he had full capability of his Healing factor and could be useful to an organization such as this. He of course left school after spending 3 years there to join A-gents, so far he has no regrets.

Rather than living in HQ he rents a small apartment in New York city, so he can still have his daughter over without work interfering. Not that he's there often as he should be.
