Special thanks to that gave me the idea ^__^My drawing is very symbolic. Specifically, the flower that blossoms from the apple represents the event which has made it clear to Applebloom what is her special talent . Talent that is revealed on her flank as represented by the flower's cutiemark. Obviously, the analogy between Applebloom and "apple blossom" is not accidental, everything is based on the idea of seeing "blossom" her talent.

Every apple tree has flowers. They are angiosperms, so they need flowers to reproduce ^__^

Cute! Like her name says, she's all about "blooming," or growing up. I wouldn't be surprised if the show eventually used this kind of cutie mark for her, especially since it matches her name. I'm flattered that you decided to make a picture out of my suggestion, too!
I didn't realize you were Italian. My grandfather's families were--Martino and Bessignano. We only really know about the Bessignanos, they're from Calabria in the South. My great-grandfather Martino unfortunately cut all ties and never mentioned anything from the past when he came to America.
