The New Order was great (although, it could have stood to focus a bit more on the terrifying notion of Nazi victory) and while I was underwhelmed with how it ended, Old Blood was well worth the price of admittance for the atmosphere and impending sense of doom... oh and FLAMING NAZI ZOMBIES.

They're both well made. I think the part of Concentration camp makes a good idea of the horror of the Nazi power. I will never accept of the end of New OrderΒ Β , I always hope that someone do something for Blazko, to change his destiny.Β Β

The bit in the concentration camp was kind of grim but not nearly as much as I would have expected... and there's obviously the audio logs... I don't know, for me it felt like it was missing something... kind of like how going to the Moon base wasn't quite as awe inspiring as it should have been... maybe that's just me.
And yeah, BJ just giving up seemed a BIT silly - how many times did he get delivered seemingly fatal injuries in that game? At least 3 or 4 times that I can recall.
But word is, sequel out in 2017. Even if BJ doesn't make it, I'm keen to see more of The New Order world.

The only things that disappoint me is that Bj has no legs when you look down :/ Β a game so detailed and no body or reflections on the mirror?Β
maybe they should have taken more care of the atmosphere at some points.Β But I'mΒ finicky.Β
Anyway I think they never thought to kill him hehehehehehe

I'm told - by those who know far more about game design that I ever will - that reflections are a pain. It's why mirrors in games are so often broken or dirty. Legs... I think that's just a POV thing.
I think as regards atmosphere, they may have been going for a more HL2 feel - the events BJ has missed are covered by news clippings on the wall.
Of course, if I have a real problem with it - it's that the Nazis while evil bastards... actually did something with the Jewish super-tech! Granted, it was a genocidal war but they were (in their minds) bettering the world (and the Moon). The Jewish tech-cult was just making all this technology with potential to alleviate human suffering for centuries or millennia... and just sat on their hands.
Yes, the Nazis are STILL (obviously) the bad guys but I'm not really sure I can sympathise with a group who were just pumping out technological wonders and didn't help anyone.
