I just really wanted to see this crossover.Lil' bitty HB was "born" the year before Cap went into the ice, after all, and both have a thing against Nazis, so why not?
Hopefully Professor Bruttenholm had some Baby Ruth bars on hand to bribe his little red son into giving Captain Rogers his shield back.
Captain America belongs to Marvel, and Hellboy belongs to Mike Mignola

Especially if you fast-forward a couple decades and they meet again. That would make for one weird Avengers meeting.

Thanks! The 2004 Hellboy movie is about as corny as it gets, but I've recently discovered that I actually really like it. Go figure.

If it had decided not to take itself seriously as a film, the way Hellboy did, it could've been good hokey fun. As it is, the only reason to watch it is some really good fight scenes.

Seems to sum up many a movie. Problem is if your concept is silly, trying to make it seem like The Dark Knight just makes it dumb
