Marik Ishtar of Yu-Gi-Oh. I've never seen the anime but I'm addicted to the Abridged Series, and Marik is my favorite so I had to add him to my series of angry men sneering at me.

He's Egyptian, so if you ever wondered what an Egyptian looks like anime style, well, here's one version. In true anime fashion, he has blonde hair. Fine by me, because I really really like coloring light colored hair.

Method: Charcoal Reduction [link]
Materials: 4B and 6B black condensed charcoal sticks; 2B 4B and 6B black charcoal pencils; white charcoal pencil; white condensed charcoal stick; medium black vine charcoal; purple pastel pencil; various pastel sticks of golden hue; kneaded rubber eraser; pink pearl plastic eraser; fingers for blending and smudging; lava brand soap for clean-up
