I made a second Danganronpa OC - The Ultimate Ichthyologist (Fish Scientist) - Tekka Kiyomizu is her name!!

Talent

As the Ultimate Ichthyologist, Tekka possesses a wealth of knowledge on fresh and saltwater fish. Her knowledge extends to most sea life but her speciality is fish. She is also a really good swimmer and diver due to her constant deep-water research.

Backstory

As a kid, her family grew up in the Ryukyu islands close to the reef, so she was always exposed to sea life there. She grew interested in fish after her father started taking her out to do underwater diving.
During a dive in her past, she was attacked by a large bass and was knocked unconscious in the water. Thankfully her father was there to save her, but she was a changed person when she woke up, believing she was a fish and she had swam to safety. Now with her new gill-like scars, she tried to go diving without oxygen tanks to increase her tolerance to water. This somewhat worked, increasing her lung capacity. She also began to believe that she could talk to fish, and from there, she vowed to learn and know everything and anything about fish to be able to be accepted into their world.
Through writing numerous discovery and scientific reports on the fish life around her, she was eventually scouted by Hope’s Peak Academy and continued on to Hope’s Peak University after graduating.

Personality
Tekka is a very upbeat and high-energy girl. She hardly ever gets angry, or rather it is difficult to make her angry. She is always thinking about fish and will always try to relate a conversation to something fishy. When in conversation with someone, she will often stare at them, wide-eyed, until it's her turn to speak. She likes to keep her eyes open as that’s what she has grown accustomed to with underwater diving. She believes that she is part fish due to the gill like scars she has under her ribs, but these were really just caused by an injury. Her sharp teeth are just tooth caps but she is convinced they’re really sharp. If someone were to question her fish status, she would not get angry, rather she would explain how her parents are secretly fish and that she just got most of the human parts. She gets depressed if she doesn’t go diving for a while. She claims to not like or to have ever tasted sushi but she secretly likes it (she has also tried Fugu prepared by the Ultimate Chef). She always wears a swimsuit under her clothes just in case there is a body of water to explore. Her favourite fish are Lumpfish, Pufferfish, Koi, Mandarin Fish and Zebra Pleco.
